Standing tall on the shores of Resurrection Bay with beautiful views of the mountains and sea, the Seward Front Row Bed and Breakfast offers lodge style rooms with private baths.

The rooms at the Seward Front Row B&B provide natural wood-furnishings, private bathrooms and are smoke-free rooms. We have three rooms total, making this a smaller, more intimate location for guests wanting a more relaxed atmosphere. The two upstairs “Queen rooms”  are connected to and accessed from the common space of the B&B and have mountain views. The ground floor “Queen Studio” is self contained with a private exterior entrance.  This room has one queen bed and one twin bed. This room has its own kitchenette making it perfect for longer stays. The picture window in this room faces Resurrection Bay. 

There is a shared spacious living area with a terrace that features spectacular views of Resurrection Bay. We provide binoculars for viewing the wildlife. Most commonly we see otters, seals, sea lions and a wide variety of sea birds. Bigger wildlife does swim by, like Humpbacks or Orcas, and we do our best to alert you of their presence. 

There are two options for breakfast at this location. Guests traveling on their own time table are welcome to make their own breakfast from a fully stocked refrigerator. A full service breakfast cooked to order is available at the sister property, the Northern Nights B&B, between 7 and 9 am. We have hot coffee on and endless local advice so please come join us if you’re feeling social. BBQ facilities are available on the deck of the Front Row B&B and you are welcome to use the common kitchen for preparing other meals.

The Bed and Breakfast provides easy access to the neighboring Seward Waterfront Park where you can stretch your legs on the coastal trail. We’re just a 4-minute walk from the Alaska Sea Life Center and historic downtown Seward where you can find shops and restaurants. If you head North on the coastal trail you will reach the Harbor in about a15 minute walk. We are happy to help guests with tour planning, dinner advice and the best hikes in our area.
